Keep Imagining

Jumper - Zara
Jeans - Topshop
Coat - Asos
Scarf - Charity Shop

This grey jumper is another one of my Zara bargains... It cost me a whopping £8! How good is that? It's so soft and warm and perfect for layering.

I am so excited that the shops are starting to get new products in FINALLY! Although I don't think my bank balance is going to be too happy for this... Oh well.

On a side note is anyone going to the Bloggers Love London Fashion Week event on 24th February? I'm looking forward to meeting so many lovely bloggers there!!

Mac Diva

A few months ago one of my besties at work and I were on one of our regular trips to Mac to see what colours we NEEDED to have in our lives. She pointed out this shade Diva and it was love at first sight! It's a beautiful deep berry colour and for me it is the perfect lip colour for A/W. Due to the matte formula it is extremely long lasting on the lips and doesn't need to be topped up for at least 5 hours.... After about 5 hours I tend to just pop a little bit of a lip balm on top and it revives the colour and keeps my lips hydrated.

What is your go to lip product of A/W?

I also cannot help but sing Beyonce Diva whenever I wear it...

With a sense of poise and rationality

Hat - ASOS
Top - Primark (men's and I cut into a crop)
Jeans - Topshop
Bomber Jacket - Topshop

I look SO moody in these photos! I promise I am a happy smiley person really!

This bomber jacket has to be one of my favourite purchases ever. I got it at the beginning of summer last year and have lived in it. It's so light and incredibly soft. The satin sleeves are what drew my to it in the first place as it adds that feminine touch to it. Plus because its so thin it's perfect for layering underneath a coat... which is DEFINITELY needed right now!

Hope you're all having a lovely week so far!

Maybelline Color Drama - Nude Perfection

Another day another post about a lip product... I think we can see where my addiction is right? I know there are so many blog posts about these products (and I do have a couple more lined up so apologies if you are bored of them by now) but when I love a product I want to write about it on here. I got this quite a while back but whenever I review anything on here I like to make sure I have fully tested them out first...

The texture of this is so much nicer than I actually thought it would be when I first got it as sometimes pencils can be mega drying. It is matte but creamy at the same time if that makes sense?. It gives full coverage, lasts for ages on my lips and because of how creamy it is it doesn't go crusty on the lips like some matte lip products can (TMI?)

I never thought I would be rocking a nude lip as I was always a bold lip kinda girl... Then along came Kylie Jenner Queen of the pouts and I was hooked! (I still haven't got my hands on Velvet Teddy yet but that is next on my list).

Have you tried any of the color drama's yet? Are there any colours you think I should get?

A fresh poison each week

Jumper Zara
Leather Trousers Zara

Isn't this awful weather making it extremely hard to take outfit photos? Bring on summer!!!

I'm sure I've mentioned it on here before but I have been searching for the perfect pair of leather trousers for the last few years but had no luck whatsoever. I was determined to have a pair with patches on the knees to add to the biker look I love. The other day when I was on my usual search on Zara I found these babies... for £16.99!! It was definitely meant to be! This turtle neck was another Zara sale item. It's so soft and cosy and I love it paired with these leather trousers.

Also check out these shoes!! They are so ugly and chunky they are perfect. Plus they are super comfy and have the same style soles as Dr Martens (oil resistant and everything) which makes them perfect for this disgusting weather we are having.

Assya London

Dress - Pippa Lynn via ASOS

This post is very late as I attended this event in the beginning of November but as I explained in my post the other day life got in the way of all my blogging! I still wanted to post this though as I was so grateful to get invited to the event.

If you haven't heard of Assya then I highly recommend you check them out! The designs are so unique and delicate and there really is something for everyone.

My favourite pieces from their A/W collection were the ones with the crystals. The designers put so much thought into their pieces that they have even made sure the crystals touch your skin so the wearer gets the full power from them. Smart eh?

I also had the pleasure to meet some gorgeous bloggers, especially the babes over at Lola Does (thanks for the photos) and It Starts With A Sunrise formally known as The Lady that Loves. Seriously go and check their blogs!!

Thank you so much again for the invite and for putting up with my awkwardness all evening!

MAC What A Blast!

I was a very lucky girl when it came to Secret Santa at work this year. Not only was I given my all time favourite lipstick MAC Morange but also this little beauty of a lipliner What A Blast! (She was naughty and spent way over our limit and I am so grateful to her so big kisses her way).

We all know I love an orange lip and I own loads of different shades of orange lipsticks but surprisingly no lipliners... Until now! I am in love! It's matte, it's bright and it's orange... it's perfect. It is a little drying on the lips though ladies so if you aren't into matte or are having a particularly bad lip day then I would stay clear... If not then this is definitely for you.

2015

First of all I just want to say HAPPY NEW YEAR you beautiful people!

I decided to have a couple of months off blogging as life got too much for me and there was no way I could face it as well as everything else going on... However now I am so eager to get back to it and make this blog into something special and something I will be proud of.

My first post of the new year is a special one to me as it is a photo diary of my recent trip to the Cayman Islands. I was lucky enough to kiss stingrays (which they say gives you 10 years good luck), scuba dive with turtles and sharks and see one of the rarest Iguanas in the world. Hope you enjoy....

Hopefully this wasn't too photo heavy for you. It feels good to be back!
